Her experience in the healthcare industry; her experience at the managerial level clarified the concerns beneficiaries raise with their providers. She speaks on some of the resources and tools beneficiaries have at Leon Medical Centers and Community Health of South Florida. Carolina also talked about the valuable training employees receive in the healthcare workforce.
