Meet The Team
Medicare Benefits In The Community is the Multimedia Production Two Project of three students attending Florida International University. We each shared our opinions on the role Medicare plays in our communities and daily lives. The three of us communicated daily and held meetings during the week at Florida International University Biscayne Campus, and divided up the work evenly.
Cristopher Avello is majoring in Digital Communications and Media. He is currently on the Digital Broadcast Journalism track and after graduating plans pursuing a career in sports journalism. Cristopher already started his Media Practicum with ESPN+ at FIU covering multiple sport games. He is also enrolled in a Journalism + Media Internship that contributes to Caplin News.
Olumide Orindare is a digital journalism major who hopes to become a sports analyst or journalist, combining his love for sports with strong storytelling and reporting skills.
Alvaro Acosta is a passionate journalist who aims to report in the competitive world of soccer. He is currently a sophomore. After finishing his studies at FIU he will look to apply his skills at a major sports broadcasting channel.
