In a PGA Tour press release, PGA Tour officials confirmed the 56th playing of a PGA Tour Event at The Blue Monster in Trump National Doral.
Set for April 27-May 3, 2026, and sponsored by Cadillac with a new multi-year agreement to sponsor the new Signature Event - called the Cadillac Championship, fans in Miami will be treated to a new era of elite invitational golf.
Provided that everything goes as planned and weather conditions permit the tournament to play, the Cadillac Championship will be the only event that will not carry the tournament history of previous PGA Tour Events contested at Doral during the 2026 regular season. This rule should affect players' invitations who might’ve qualified because of previous tournaments.
This new agreement to host a PGA Tour Event in Miami, which captivated audiences from all over the world, will be broadcasted on CBS/Paramount+, Golf Channel, and three PGA TOUR Studios properties: PGA TOUR, LIVE on ESPN+, Sirius XM, and the TOUR’s World Feed.
John Roth, the global vice president, said, As Cadillac moves towards an all-electric future, “The Cadillac Championship builds on our legacy with the PGA TOUR while connecting with luxury customers through culturally significant events.”
Bounded inside The Blue Monster, a 626-yard par five hole, guests regularly enjoy when staying at the private members' golf country club. You can play it before the tournament for $300 on Golf Now, or wait to watch it on CBS.
